Hidden away in the texture for Sokka's Boomerang is an orange blimp from the Kids Choice Awards. A texture map intended for the blimp is all that remains of the item. One of the cut items intended for the June 2nd update was the "Krusty Blimp". Its labelled similarly to the game's items, and interestingly, characters in the game have voicelines labeled "vo_*character*_item_fishinghook" where they react to using it.Īll of this suggests that a Fishing Hook item was once planned but cut.
In the game files, an image of one of the background employees on the Glove World stage called "FishingHook" can be found. Until an update on June 2, 2022, the game had no items, but several unfinished assets are still in the code that were left over from previous builds.
